Managing your Albums

Selecting Manage Albums, found under File on the Build Album tool's menu, will open a window which shows all of the album designs you have created for a specific project. From this window you have the ability to remove any albums that you no longer need, or any albums you have replaced. Simply select the album you wish to remove, and then select Delete Album.

Deleting an album will remove any and all files associatewith it. This includes all image orders specific to the album, it's pages and name, and any other design information. A warning appears when an album is selected and the delete button is pressed, but once deleted, an album cannot be recovered. For the reason it is recommended that you make a backup of each project as you are working on it.

Backing up your projects will also backup your albums and their information, allowing you to restore them at a later date if needed. The high-resolution images associated with the project will not be deleted or modified in any way, when an album is deleted.
