Change or Reset a Password

You are given the ability to change or reset your LabPrints password at any time. This process varies for users who have a storefront and those that do not.

Choose an option below:

For users who have Storefront Account:
NOTE: If you are a Per Image or Monthly Plan user, who charges their own client cards, be sure to obtain all of your client credit card information before changing your password.
  1. Open a project in LP Digital Studio
  2. Go to the Storefront tab
  3. Click Online Account & Storefront
  4. Click the Account Info link on the left side of the page
  5. Click the Change your password link
  1. A Change Password Warning box will pop up for some users, if you are sure you do not have any pending storefront orders, click Continue
  1. Enter in your current password in the Current Password field.
  2. Enter in your new password twice
  3. Click Reset Password
For users who do not have a Storefront Account:

In order to reset your password you will need to log out of your current account and reset it upon logging in. If you are not currently logged in, click here.

  1. Open any project in LP Digital Studio
  2. Go to the Storefront tab
  3. Click Online Account & Storefront
  4. In the top right corner, click Logout
  1. This will send you back to the Storefront main page
  2. Click Online Account & Storefront
  1. Enter in your username (your email address)
  2. Place an 'a' in the password field.
  1. An Incorrect Password window will pop up, click Send New Password.
  1. A Reset Your Password window will pop up, type in your username (your email address).
  2. Click Set Password.
  1. Check your email; if you do not see an email from LabPrints Registration, check your Spam folder.
  1. Write down the new password from your email.
  1. Return to LabPrints Digital Studio and enter in the password from your email under the Current Password field.
  1. Now you can log into your account using your new password.
