LabPrints software is highly Internet dependent. If you have antivirus, firewall, or spyware installed on your computer they may be preventing LabPrints from accessing the Internet. Temporarily disabling any such software as AVG, Kaspersky, McAfee, Norton, Panda or many others will help you troubleshoot or identify the source of the problem. Once you have determined that the security software is the cause we recommend contacting the manufacturer who will provide you with instructions on configuring their software to work with LabPrints while still protecting your computer.
