General Email: Not receiving order confirmations, ticket replies, or newsletters
Solution
Not Getting LP Emails?
LabPrints sends out
several kinds of automatically generated emails on a regular basis.
Sometimes email clients, without your knowledge, can randomly decide
to add these emails to spam or junk mail folders. To ensure that you
receive our newsletters, order notifications, expiration notifications
and lab order confirmations; we recommend you add our email addresses
to your address book.
The easiest way to do this is to add them to your contact
list as you receive them. Below we go over how to do this in several
mail clients, to give you a rough idea of how to do it on your own.
In addition to these measures, if you believe you have missed past emails,
we recommend checking your Junk or Spam
folders in your local client and in your webmail version (often times
emails will be spammed in webmail before making it to a local client).
For example, if you have a Hotmail or Yahoo email address but a mail
client such as Outlook or Mail , you
would log into your webmail at Hotmail.com or Yahoo.com. If you own
your own domain it might be found at webmail.domainname.com.
If you do find a LabPrints email in your Spam/Junk folder, you will
need to Right-Click (or ctrl-click) on it and select a setting to let
the program know that the email is not spam.

button would read Not Spam . You would click this

contact to your Outlook Contacts , Right-Click on the
