LabPrints Will Not Launch (PC & Mac)

We are sorry that you ran into a problem after running the most recent update. We have done extensive testing to prevent trouble when running updates, but there are some variables that we do not have control of. Additionally, we highly recommend performing a full system backup of your computer's hard drive before running any major software updates will give you the ability to restore your computer to the state before the update.

Please try renaming this folder on your computer. It will reset your registration and any custom settings you have made under the System Preferences menu (Example, rename to System Preferences 1).

After you have done this you will be prompted to log back into the program. For more information on your username (an email address) and password, click here.
If you continue to experience problems after following this document please submit a help ticket online or call us directly at 518-274-3931 Option 2.
