Getting Started, How to Create New Project

Creating a New Project

When you first open LP Digital Studio, you'll be prompted to open an existing project, or create a new project.
Enter a name for your new project. If you have LabPrints networked on multiple computers, choose which computer to create the project on.
Use locate folder to specify a folder from which to add images to the project, or add individual images by clicking locate image.
Select the folder so that the entire path shows in the File Name section. Click open to add that folder of images to your project.
You'll see a status bar adding your images to the project. In addition, you may see a second status bar as each image is processed, making a low resolution thumbnail for each image in your project.
